Come enjoy a pint while listening to a lively Youth Session at the Metronome featuring young musicians from CIM - you won't want to miss hearing these amazing musicians play!
An Irish session is a fun, lively social gathering of traditional musicians. "Tunes" are played in medleys together in unison, sometimes with accompaniment on guitar, bouzouki (or sometimes harp or piano).
Students, if you haven't been to a session yet, this is a great opportunity to play Irish music in a non-performance setting. Play along or just listen and enjoy the tunes. You can stay for as little or as long as you like.
